RYA Training

The national governing body for dinghy, motor and sail cruising, all forms of sail racing, RIBs and sportsboats, windsurfing and personal watercraft, the Royal Yachting Association celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2025. The RYA exists to encourage more people into the boating and watersports community, promoting safe practices and raising standards by working with a network of more than 2,400 recognised training centres across 58 countries, alongside over 1,500 affiliated clubs.

From beginners to professionals, RYA courses deliver a world-renowned level of tuition, with its certificates of competence the ultimate recognition of experience and expertise.
